MTAP Seminar Refund Policy: Cancelation of a registration to any MTAP-sponsored webinar must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the event. Cancelations made after that date will have all event-related fees deducted from the refund. “No Shows” to an event forfeit the entire fee with materials mailed.

Requesting Date Tranfers: Those requesting a transfer to a different date for this webinar less than five (5) days prior to that event will be required to pay a $25 transfer fee that covers all costs incurred for the webinar the person seeks to transfer from.
